Talents

Talents, the innate abilities we all have in varying and diverse degrees, are God's gifts to us His children. To be able to use these talents effectively, He obligingly gave us freewill. He then offered us a moral format for our protection, a format based on love in tune with His wisdom, His nature. The following aphorisms direct our attention to our moral obligations to use our talents not only for our own satisfaction but for social well-being. If we look with gratitude and not envy at all the talents correctly used by many people on earth we will come to realise and appreciate the wonder of God's gifts of freewill, love and wisdom, as well as the diversity of talents.

'Use of talents is what life on this earth is meant to be. Love is the drive for the correct use of talents.'

'Maximise your life by sharing your talents graciously.'

'If you love your country, contribute to its well-being by sharing your talents graciously.'

'True culture is the refining of natural talents.'
