Opinions
It is common during any dispute or disagreement to hear the phrase, 'I am entitled to my opinion.' This phrase slips off the tongue because of our natural awareness of our freewill. An opinion is a judgement or belief open to question, something not founded on certainty or proof. In the following aphorisms God sheds some light onto the grey areas of our opinions.
'Everyone is entitled to an opinion but along with that entitlement goes the responsibility to constantly test that opinion for validity.'
'Prejudice dictates that you believe what you want to believe. Truth dictates that you believe what you should believe.'
'Being controversial is when an opinion challenges the truth, not when truth stands its ground.'
